  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, potentially incurring additional fees.
  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
