1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

2. Consultation Requirement

A pre-procedure consultation is mandatory for all new clients. This allows us to assess your suitability for the desired service, discuss expectations, and answer any questions you may have.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if 48 hours' notice is given. Subsequent rescheduling may require an additional deposit.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, potentially incurring additional fees.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment of the service before a new appointment is scheduled.

6. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your appointment.

  • Medical Conditions: Certain medical conditions may require a doctor's approval before proceeding.
  • Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

7. Preparation for Your Appointment

To ensure the best results, please follow any pre-appointment instructions provided. This may include avoiding certain medications, alcohol, or skincare products.

8. Aftercare Instructions

Proper aftercare is crucial for optimal results. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions following your procedure. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the outcome.

9. Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and other specified payment options. Full payment is due at the time of service.

10. Pricing and Services

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

11. Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated. They can be given in cash or added to your credit card payment.

12. Children and Pets

For safety and insurance reasons, children and pets are not permitted in the treatment areas. Please make appropriate childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

13. Personal Belongings

Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

14. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can address the issue promptly.

15. Gift Certificates and Vouchers

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

16. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

17. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Appointment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
